Day-by-day breakdown

Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri (Drive)

Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Dehradun to Sankri, a beautiful village that serves as the base camp. The route passes through Mussoorie, Purola, and Mori, offering stunning views of rivers and mountains. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and rest.

Day 2: Sankri to Taluka & Trek to Pauni Garaat

After breakfast, drive to Taluka, the starting point of the trek. From here, begin your trek along the Supin River. The trail is relatively easy, passing through forests and small villages. Reach Pauni Garaat campsite and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Day 3: Pauni Garaat to Kalkattiyadhar

Today’s trek takes you deeper into the valley. The trail becomes more scenic with wide meadows and breathtaking mountain views. You’ll pass through Osla village, known for its traditional wooden houses and rich culture. Reach Kalkattiyadhar campsite.

Day 4: Kalkattiyadhar to Har Ki Dun & Return

This is the most exciting day of the trek. Start early and trek towards Har Ki Dun valley. As you reach the valley, you’ll be welcomed by panoramic views of snow-covered peaks and vast meadows. Spend some time exploring and soaking in the beauty before returning to the campsite.

Day 5: Kalkattiyadhar to Pauni Garaat

Begin your descent, retracing your steps back to Pauni Garaat. The downhill trek is easier and gives you another chance to enjoy the scenic landscapes.

Day 6: Pauni Garaat to Sankri

Trek back to Taluka and drive to Sankri. Relax and celebrate the successful completion of the trek.

Day 7: Sankri to Dehradun

Drive back to Dehradun with unforgettable memories of the Har Ki Dun valley.
